Dhaka: The criminals set fire to three passenger buses in front of Shahbagh Aziz Super Market, Gulistan Ramna Bhaban and the National Press Club.

Abu Bakkar Siddique from the Paltan Police Station (OC) told banglanews on Thursday (November 12) that a fire broke out in a Victor Classic car heading to Sadarghat from Paltan opposite Gulistan Ramna Bhaban.

The idea is that someone can start a fire. The bus was carrying passengers.

Shahbagh Police Officer in Charge (CO), Mohammad Mamun Aur Rashid, said a fire broke out on a bus in front of the Aziz supermarket. The police have been dispatched to the scene.

He added that a fire broke out in a Rajnigandha transport in Ghatarchar to Chittagong Road in front of the press club.
However, no casualties were reported.

Rozina Akhter, a duty officer at the fire service headquarters, told banglanews that a total of four units were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of fire in two vehicles in front of the Shahbagh Aziz Super Market and Gulistan Ramna Bhaban. No casualties were reported.
