Actor Haruma Miura, one of Japan’s top young film and television stars, died at the age of 30 after being found insensitive at his Minato neighborhood home in Tokyo.
His manager found Miura when he got home to see the star, who did not show up for work. News reports said he was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The Tokyo metropolitan police are investigating his cause of death as a possible suicide, according to reports.
Miura debuted in Japanese cinema at age seven, appearing in the drama. Agri in 1997.
He was one of the founders of the Brash Brats band with his classmates, but the group went into recess in 2005.

From there, Miura won the Sponichi Grand Prix Newcomer Award at the Mainichi Film Awards in 2009 for her role in Naoko He also won the newcomer award at the 31st Japan Academy Awards for that role.
Miura appeared in several Japanese television dramas, playing supporting roles in Binbō Danshi and Gokusen before being chosen to star in Bloody monday in front of Takeru Satoh.
In 2009, Miura starred alongside Shun Oguri in Crows Zero II, the sequel to the action movie Ravens Zero.
The actor then landed the lead role in the live-action adaptation of the manga. Kimi Ni Todoke. Miura also took on the lead role of Eren in the live-action adaptation of two-part of Attack on Titan.
In her final Instagram post three days before her death, Miura encouraged fans to watch her upcoming drama. Love will start when the money ends, which will air in September.
