Apple products worth 5 5 million (6. 6.6 million) were stolen from a lorry in a dramatic highway robbery 75 miles north of London, police said on Tuesday.

The lorry driver and security guard on one of the UK’s main north-south routes were “targeted driver and tied up” by criminals on the evening of November 10, Northamptonshire police said.

They then took Larry to the nearby Creek Village, where they transferred a trailer loaded with valuable Apple Paul AAPL,

The truck was later found in Leicestershire, north of the county border. Police believe the robbers moved the contents of the truck – which apparently had an Apple 48 pallet to an Apple pallet – into a third vehicle. The stolen items include AirPods, Apple Pal watches and an iPhone 11.

Officials are appealing for witnesses to the crime, which took place on the south-bound slip road of Junction 18 of M1 on November 10 between 7.45pm and 8pm.

Police are also considering talking to anyone who may have been offered to sell any Apple Pal products in “unusual circumstances”, or who knows who is selling such items at a low price.
