Amber Heard had bruises on her neck after ‘night with Elon Musk’

Amber Heard had bruises on her neck the night after Elon Musk apparently spent the night at her home, and not when Johnny Depp was there, according to eyewitness accounts and witness statements Monday.

The actress has claimed that she suffered injuries at the hands of Depp, who allegedly “hurt her arm like a baseball pitcher” and threw her iPhone at her on Saturday May 21, 2016, hitting her in the right eye.

Depp, 57, is suing British newspaper The Sun for defamation over a 2018 article that referred to him as a “handcuff puncher,” but he denies assaulting Heard, 34.

The actress says the phone launch is just one of the many times Depp got violent with her amid alcohol and drug-induced fury.

A janitor in the posh Los Angeles building where the ex-couple lived in an attic stated in British court on Monday that he never saw Heard with any injuries in the days after the alleged phone attack.

Two days later, “I looked at her face when we greeted her and saw no visible injuries to Ms. Heard’s face,” said worker Trinity Esparza.

She said it was not until May 27, 2016 that she “first noticed” that the actress had a red mark under her right eye.

“I saw her later that week, and she had marks, and she was going to court to give a declaration of domestic violence, and I thought it was very peculiar because Mr. Depp was gone on Saturday” after the fight, the worker said , who attended the reception of the building.

Esparza also said in a witness statement that he saw “a number of marks on Ms. Heard’s body,” including bruises on her neck and under her left eye, as well as a bandage on her arm, in June or July 2016. , shortly after the worker saw Musk leaving the building looking “like he just woke up with messy hair.”

The Sun’s attorney Sasha Wass asked Esparza in court about a surveillance video near the building showing Heard with Musk, who Depp’s camp has accused of having an affair with Heard while the actor was with she. Musk has denied the claim.

Esparza told the lawyer that Heard “had marks on his neck and a bandage on his arm” in the images.

“I don’t know exactly what they were, they had visible marks,” said the worker.

Wass replied, “You wanted to suggest that Mr. Musk had hurt her, right?”

Esparza replied: “I didn’t suggest that, I don’t know.”

The building’s security officer Alejandro Romero added in his own videotaped statement that Musk would visit Heard “several times a week” late at night while Depp was filming, the Daily Mail said.

You should not respond to The Post’s requests for comment on Monday. She previously denied having an affair with Heard while she was with Depp.

Testifying by live video from Beverly Hills, California, on Monday, Esparza claimed that Heard had not been wearing makeup to hide anything after the alleged telephone assault.

“It had a very wet shine. “ I am a woman, I know when someone wears makeup or not, ” said Esparza.

Wass pressured the witness, “Isn’t it more accurate to say that you saw her earlier in the week and that you didn’t notice?”

Esparza replied: “That is not exact. I saw it very clearly. ”
