Amber Heard accused of making up assault photos

Amber Heard was accused in court Wednesday of perpetrating “a hoax” by falsifying photos that showed her with a badly bruised face, despite having no “marks” when she first reported being attacked by her husband Johnny Depp.

Property manager Kevin Murphy told the London High Court that Heard called him immediately when he arrived at his Los Angeles home in December 2015 and tearfully claimed that Depp “hit her in the face multiple times and plucked her hair, “said Evening Standard. said.

“I remember being about four feet away and suspicious,” Murphy told the court, according to the London newspaper.

“There were no marks, bruises, cuts, redness or swelling on Ms. Heard’s face, nor was there any area on her head where her hair appeared to have been plucked,” he said of the actress without makeup.

They showed him a photo of Heard dated December 16, the day after their meeting, which shows Heard with clear marks on his face from what Depp had told the court was a “litany of violence.”

“When I saw her, I saw no bruises, redness, or scratches, or signs of physical abuse or confrontation,” he insisted from the witness stand.

He also claimed that a photo released by Heard’s team that allegedly showed the hair plucked from the attack “looked quite different” from a photo he took at the time the hair the actress showed him was shown.

Murphy confirmed that he texted Depp about his concerns about “conflicting evidence” in the photos, and told the court that he believed they were “fraud.”

When asked if he was “suggesting a conspiracy,” he told the court, “Well, I’m not suggesting, I think it’s a hoax.”

She told the court that she believed Heard was lying when she claimed that Depp hit her, saying, “Johnny would never hit a woman.”

Another employee, stylist Samantha McMillen, had told the court a day earlier that she saw no “visible marks” on Heard when she worked with her shortly after the reported attack.

Murphy, however, reported seeing an obvious injury to Depp that he attributed to his wife’s violence.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star told him that Heard “was furious and threw a heavy television remote control” at his head, hitting him so hard it broke, Murphy said, according to the Standard.

“I could clearly see a round, swollen lump and laceration on Mr. Depp’s forehead left by the television remote control,” Murphy said.

“Sir. Depp seemed awkward and embarrassed by the situation. He said” it wasn’t a big deal “and asked if I could fix or replace the remote control,” he said.

Depp is suing The Sun over an April 2018 article that said she was a “handcuff puncher,” which he denies, and instead says that his “sociopathic” ex-wife was the violent one in his marriage.
