Zack Snyder Unveils ‘Justice League’ Teaser Footage Ahead Of DC FanDome – Watch – Deadline

Zack Snyder continued to hit the drums for his director’s cut Justice League, his version of the Warner Bros. DC superhero mashup that will premiere on HBO Max next year. The director revealed most of the footage still on Thursday, two days before the full trailer will be shown during Warner Bros.’s DC FanDome event and shows his comic fare.

Snyder confirmed in May that his version of the 2017 movie featuring Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg would see the light of day via HBO Max, the newly launched WarnerMedia streaming service.

The following month, Snyder released the first recordings – a clip from a scene featuring Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman’s Diana Prince who apparently discovers Darkseid, the DC supervillain.

Here is the new footage released today.

Snyder had to move away from filming the original Justice League due to a personal tragedy, with Joss Whedon in the process of doing reshoots and handling mail. The film was long awaited by Warner Bros. / DC’s response to the Disney / Marvel’s Avengers series, but it hit both the office and fans in general when it premiered in November 2017.

Reports surfaced online that Snyder’s cut was darker and better before he left the project, and along with key cast began calling for #ReleaseTheSnyderCut.

Snyder is expected to reveal the full trailer to PT during the movie panel at DC FanDome on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
