The performers of “Family Guy” have got their new Cleveland Brown voice – it’s Black YouTuber who can easily handle the role, and there are a few others on the show.
Arif Zaheer The voice of Cleveland has been cast for the 19th season coming 2021-2022. Former longtime white voice actor for Cleveland, Mike Henry, Will be its last go-round for the 18th season, which premieres Sunday. He announced in June that he was leaving the role.

It is famous for its ersong, including Cleveland, Obama, Trump, Ted, Stevie Griffin, 21 Savage … and others. If you haven’t caught it – there are three characters in that muffler-verse that Zahir can fix a problem – and he can do it to Peter so easily. So, if Seth was ever sick during the day of the recording, Arif could potentially fill in.
The point is … this dude is an amazing genius, and Henry himself acknowledged that. He says of the casting, “I welcome Arif to the Family Guy team. Arif’s singing talent is clear, but his understanding of Cleveland and his respect for the character give me confidence that he is in the right hands.” He adds, “I hope to get to know Arif and work with him to make sure Cleveland stays as awesome as ever.”
Arif himself said he was forever grateful for the opportunity, and promised fans he would not disappoint them. The change has come at the heels of many animated shows – including “The Simpsons” – committed to casting actors of color for roles compatible with their race.
