Xbox Games Showcase will arrive on July 23, and should be your first look at a bunch of upcoming xbox series x games from Microsoft
Rumors have circulated about the event in recent weeks, pointing to an expected first look at Halo Infinite gameplay that runs on Xbox Series X. Microsoft did not confirm any specific games planned for the event, although it did officially reveal when you can tune in to watch the event – the broadcast will begin on July 23 at 9am PDT / noon EDT / 5pm BST. And the Halo Twitter account is available to confirm that we’ll see more of the Master Chief on the show.

Xbox has gone to great lengths to expand its first-party line of studies in recent years, and this will be your chance to showcase what you’re cooking for the company’s next big console.
Other rumored titles for the Xbox Games Showcase are the long-awaited Fable 4, supposedly in development at the Forza Horizon Playground Games studio, a new Double Fine title, and the mysterious project by the new studio The Initiative. You should also be on the lookout for another beautiful look from Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 from Ninja Theory. There are likely to be plenty of surprises as well, as all of that only represents a fraction of Xbox Game Studios’ potential output.
Xbox Games Showcase is the next part of Microsoft’s Xbox 20/20 series of events. The first such event took place in May, giving us a look at third-party titles targeting Xbox Series X like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. We can expect even more events to take place under the same umbrella during the rest of the year.
You’ll get a chance to try out multiple games that same week with the Xbox Summer Games Fest demo event.
