Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Summer Mode begins with new perks, points, and giveaways

Xbox announces the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Summer Mode, which will run for the next eight weeks, with new rewards, points, raffles, and more.

The Xbox team says this will mean “more rewards, more points … access to amazing games, new perks, double reward points, giveaways, and more.”

Perks now available include the Emerald Steel Weapon Skin Pack for Dauntless, bringing you seven skins and supplies like Lifespring and Ironhide Pylons. Also available now, but only for the US, It’s three months of Postmates Unlimited; a subscription service that offers free delivery on orders over $ 12 from a selection of more than 600,000 restaurants and stores.

Summer mode will also give you 2x more points on select Ultimate Weekly missions. On July 28, you can earn 100 points for spending 50 days in Cities: Skylines. On August 4, there are 50 points to start a new Supervisor quest in Fallout 76, on August 11 there are 100 points to kill seven enemies in We Happy Few, and on August 18, there are 50 points for “fight, sneak away and hack your way “in Streets of Rogue. Finally, on August 25, there are 100 points for walking 125 meters in The Turing Test.

Summer Mode will also bring a punch card with the possibility of earning up to 300 points. Meanwhile, in the US alone, Xbox offers you a chance to win one of five gold Xbox One X consoles by earning more than 500 game scores by August 5 and heading to Xbox Game Pass Dash. After this there will be more draws and later in the summer there will be a “Big Gaming Weekend” where Xbox “will open multiplayer and some free games to play that weekend for console and PC.”
