Who won the first power of the Veto competition?


[SPOILER ALERT: Spoilers ahead for Big Brother 22: All-Stars.]

Immediately after entering the Big Brother house, the all-stars had to compete against each other in the first Head of Housing competition. Cody Calafiore came out on top and made his nominations the next day. On day 4, the HOH, its two nominees, and three randomly selected housewives competed in the first Power of Veto competition of the season.

Cody Calafiore won the first ‘BB22’ Head of Housing competition

After months of rumors, CBS confirmed that Big Brother 22 would include all returning players for the first time in almost 15 years. Following the announcement, the network claimed that viewers could meet the cast a week before the premiere on the Live Feeds.

However, it delayed the cast reveal for unknown reasons, and fans found out who would be competing live on the season. Janelle Pierzina (BB6, 7, 14), Kaysar Ridha (BB6, 7), Dani Donato Briones (BB8, 13), Memphis Garrett (BB10), Keesha Smith (BB10), Kevin Campbell (BB11), Enzo Palumbo (BB12), Ian Terry (BB14 winner), Cody Calafiore (BB16), Da’Vonne Rogers (BB17, 18), Nicole Franzel (BB18 champ), Christmas Abbott (BB19), Bayleigh Dayton (BB20), Tyler Crispen (BB20), David Alexander (BB21), and Nicole Anthony (BB21) competed immediately after entering the first competition Head of Houses.

Cody easily won the physical challenge, earning the private bedroom for the week. In addition, Ian, Kevin, Memphis, and Nicole Have-Nots were randomly drawn to the HOH competition.

The next day, Cody talks to Nicole F., and they call each other their ‘ride or did’ in the game. De BB16 runner-up admitted that he was planning to nominate Kaysar and Keesha, but Nicole F. explained that she liked the latter and pressed for Janelle.

However, Kaysar won the Safety Suite competition and chose his long-time ally as his “plus one” to rescue, thus thwarting the HOH’s plans. Therefore, he decided to nominate Kevin as a pawn with Keesha as his target, as the two had no conversations.

After the nomination ceremony was the BB11 star spoke to Cody, and the HOH told him he had no intention of evicting the old school children. He also talks to Keesha, who broke down in tears after nominating her, and the two had a very long conversation about her life, allowing him to get to know her better.

Even Cody asked a few people not to use the veto if they won and still plans to send Keesha home.

Who won the first Power of Veto competition of ‘BB22?’

On day 4, the all-stars play their first Power of Veto competition. Da’Vonne hosted it with the HOH and the nominees playing, as well as Tyler and Ian who were randomly selected.

Kevin pulled the housekeepers’ ball of choice and grabbed Enzo, making Keesha the only woman competing. After two-and-a-half hours, the feeds returned with Enzo proudly joining the Power of Veto chain.

De BB12 star has already locked up a final two in Cody and promised he would not use the POV. Therefore, it currently looks like Keesha will be the first boat of the season.

Big Brother 22 will be broadcast on CBS on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.
