Who are the nominations of week 1?

Cody Calafiore dominated the first Head of House competition of Big Brother 22, a position he surprisingly wanted to enter because he felt alienated from everyone who came into the game. On day 3, he held the nomination ceremony and put two all-stars on the block.

Head of Households Awarded at Premiere ‘Big Brother 22’

For the first time in almost 15 years, Big Brother brought back 16 housewives who want to prove they won or deserved their previous victory.

After CBS announced that the upcoming season would include all returning players, they claimed that viewers could meet on the Live Feeds a week before the premiere. The network delayed the cast announcement, however, many believe due to positive COVID-19 tests and revealed the competitors live.

Janelle Pierzina (BB6, 7, 14), Kaysar Ridha (BB6, 7), Dani Donato Briones (BB8, 13), Memphis Garrett (BB10), Keesha Smith (BB10), Kevin Campbell (BB11), Enzo Palumbo (BB12), Ian Terry (BB14 winner), Cody Calafiore (BB16), Da’Vonne Rogers (BB17, 18), Nicole Franzel (BB18 champ), Christmas Abbott (BB19), Bayleigh Dayton (BB20), Tyler Crispen (BB20), David Alexander (BB21), and Nicole Anthony (BB21) competed immediately in a competition Head of Houses after entering the house.

Cody easily won the physical challenge and became the first HOH of the season with Ian, Nicole, Kevin, and Memphis starting as Have-Nots.

The current alliances of Cody Calafiore

After the new HOH showed the other housekeepers his room for the week, multiple calls remained late. When everyone left, Cody told Tyler he would not nominate him.

The next day, the BB16 star spoke to Nicole Franzel, and they called each other their “ride or die.” The two have agreed to get involved with all-girls and all-guy alliances and then exchange information.

In addition, Cody revealed that he intended to nominate Kaysar and Keesha, but Nicole F. stated that she liked the latter and pushed Janelle instead. Later that day, Kaysar won the Safety Suite and chose Janelle as his “plus one”, giving him the longest-running allies immunity for the week.

Cody and Nicole re-entered the competition and shared that they want to work with Bayleigh, Da’Vonne, Christmas, and Memphis. The HOH also stated that he intends to nominate Keesha, with whom he has no connection, and Kevin as pawn. Even though Nicole F. first de BB10 star, she gave her OK.

Who nominated Cody Calafiore?

Shortly before the nomination ceremony, Kevin spoke with Cody in the storage room. De BB11 finalist shrugged as he spoke to the HOH as he explained that his own insecurities prevented him from approaching Cody.

He told Kevin not to work on it, and she hugged. The two walked out of the storage room, and Cody sat in the bathroom with his head in his hands, as he thought. Thirty minutes later cut the feeds for the nomination ceremony.

After a little over an hour, the feeds returned, and the housekeepers stood around to hug Kevin and a crying Keesha. The HOH and Kevin speak privately right after the ceremony.

Cody had promised to nominate the BB11 finalist as pawn and felt the two could be a friendship. As they spoke, Keesha sat in the bathroom with Da’Vonne, Memphis, and Dani confronting her. She explained that she had a gut feeling that Cody would nominate her and said she was ready to play.
