How to catch Glacier or Specter
Follow the walking location for Legendary Clue 1, where you need to choose where to plant your carrot seeds.
Follow the instructions on how to get Cally Larex, Glastier and Specter if you get lost.
Where to plant carrot seeds
Choose a plot of land for planting carrot seeds that will appear. Glacier is an ice-type legendary Pokemon, and Specter is a ghost-type legendary Pokemon.
To call Glacier
If you plant your carrot seeds in frozen soil on a snowside slope, you will end up with icecoot carrots – Which will call Glacier.
The snowside opera is located north of the giant’s bed. You will see frozen soil near some ruins.
To call the spectator
If you plant your carrot seeds in haunted land in an old cemetery, you will end up with shaderoot carrots – Which will call the specter.
The Old Cemetery is located east of the Giants’ bed. The haunted land you are looking for is contained in a small cluster of ruins.
What you should choose – Glacier vs. Specter
Glacier and Specter are two new legendary Pokemon available at Pokemon Sword and Shield’s Crown Tundra DLC.
Only one is achieved during your sport, so, choose wisely!
Glacier There is an ice-type Pokemon with high attack and defense at the price of speed.
Specter Special is a Ghost type Pokemon with special attack and speed, but low defense.
Clarix needs Glacier to get into his Ice Rider formIs, which gives it ice / mental typing and physical attack glacial lance. This special attack damages 130 bases, has 100 accuracy, and 5 pp.
Calerax requires Specter to enter its shadow rider formIs, which gives it ghost / mental typing and special attack astral barrage. This particular attack damages 120 bases, has 100 accuracy, and 5 pp.
The support statistics for each Pokemon are as follows:
Iceroot Carrots – Glacier | Shaderoot Carrots – Specter | |
---|---|---|
H.P. | 100 | 100 |
Attack | 145 | 65 |
Defense | 130 | 60 |
Special attack | 65 | 145 |
Special defense | 110 | 80 |
Speed | 30 | 130 |
Note: The figures above represent individual Glacier and Specter figures No When they connect to Calyrex.
So, what is a good option? Well, it depends on the composition of your team or your specific playstyle.
The Specter is a ghost type Pokemon and its STB. Benefits of Shadow Ball and Hex by However, these are just two special attacks that he learns without the use of TM / TR, limiting its effectiveness.
Specter has better typing, however, Ghost-type Pokemon are only weak for Ghost and Dark, resistant to poison and bugs, and immune to fighting and normal-type Pokemon.
Glacier is a heavy-hitter with solid attack, defense and special defense. However, his low speed state always makes him a follow-up attacker. His moveset is more convenient as he learns many more physical attacks that can take advantage of his stats.
However, Glacier’s pure ice-typing makes it very hostile. Ice has four weaknesses: Fighting, Rock, Steel and Fire; No immunity, and only resistant to other ice-type Pokemon.
Overall, the Specter is a better option than the two – as long as you have a few other special moves you can learn to take advantage of it Special Attack and Speed in battle.
Check out how to get Caly Larex, Glacier and Specterier.
