One question is where to buy the PS5 in the UK. Sony’s PS5 has just gone on sale in the UK bringing the next-gen console to British soil. But high demand means that it is becoming difficult to catch one. That’s where we come in.
Earlier last week, the U.S. After launching in – you can check out where to buy the page if you are stateside based – November 19 has finally arrived, meaning both the PS5 and the digital edition are now out of the pre-order phase and ready. For retailers to sell at 9449.99 and 9359.99 respectively. However, UK retailers have announced that they will have a limited number of consoles in stock. So the PS5 is guaranteed to sell out quickly, but if you know where to look you might be lucky.

PS5 launch day: where to buy
Your best bet to secure the PS5 today is likely to be with the big retailers. Amazon UK, Crease, Game, John Lewis and Argos are all promising to keep launch day stock. Other retailers may also have consoles available, although they have not made any statements.
While it has been confirmed by Amazon that it will close again at 12pm, other retailers have not been so helpful. A good idea would be to check in at midnight, 8am, 9am and noon. Also, if you can do this, there is nothing to lose by keeping the relevant store pages open and checking them several times per hour.

Curry has promised to have a launch day stock, but after delays and technical problems that whole thing has been canceled. So there is a retailer that can stop you from checking in for the rest of the day

The only big high street chain to specialize in new video games and consoles, the game promises to receive both PS5 consoles on the day of launch. Unfortunately after numerous technical problems, it looks like they have run out of stock again. See Deal

BT confirmed that it will sell the PS5 from today, but the stock has run out after many familiar issues with the website. See Deal

Sony naturally has a dedicated sales page for the PS5, but in terms of launch day we haven’t heard one way or another. That said, if anyone has that he’s going to stock up on Sony, and at regular intervals it’s worth checking. See Deal

Despite reports of the opposite, Argos’ PS5 page says it has no launch day stock. That may change the next day, but don’t set your expectations too high

Much has been confirmed that it will get more PS5 stock “mid-morning”, which sold out quickly. More stock is added from time to time, so keep checking to see if you’re lucky.

Shopto has sold out entirely out of pre-order, and no information has been released about the launch day stock at the time of writing. So check them out, but don’t let your hopes get too high
