Columbus, Ohio – What is Ohio State Football? Five things in my mind as the bookies prepare to host Indiana on Saturday afternoon. Here is the latest OSU Football Hot List.
1. Second No. 1 QB Recruitment Landing

He called a news conference, then decided he would continue to consider Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and Oregon, everyone thought he would eventually become a buccaneer, and by March he was.
The next No. 1 QB for the bookies, if Ohio State catches it in the next 13 months, will be Evers, the top quarterback in the 2022 class and the No. 2 player. He made a commitment with Texas and then de-committed in late October, and then on Thursday, he tweeted that bookies are his new choice.

2. Won on twenty-five straight hookers

3. Running Game Piece Holding Back

There’s a lingering question as to when a team can take down the bookies, and I’m not saying Buffalo would be that team. But Lance Leopold is a coach who won six Division III national titles at Wisconsin-Whitewater and has been building something at Buffalo for the past six years. If it’s a big job available like Michigan or Penn State, it’s the darkest of dark horses, but it’s a program builder with a plan. Keep an eye on it.
Given the opportunity, the Bulls could be one of the few Mac teams to show up at Ohio Stadium this season with at least one goal and give the Bookies a quarter or two fight. Here, by the way, is the podcast I did with Leopold this spring.
