The DualSense PS5 controller was revealed by Sony earlier this year, but since then, we haven’t heard much about the innovative new gamepad outside of some leaks.
All of that will change later today as Geoff Keighley has announced that he will host a DualSense as part of his Summer Games Fest event.
According to Keighley, the hands-on broadcast will include his own impressions of using the PS5 controller, as well as an interview with Eric Lempel, head of global marketing for PlayStation.

Keighley scoffed at the practice on Twitter, showing a short clip of the DualSense on a table while the creator of the Summer Games Fest praises the controller’s air leak. Keighley then grabs the controller, which appears to be as thick as we predicted and considerably bulkier than the PlayStation controllers we’ve seen to date.
We hope that hands get a look at the PS5 controller in action, so that we can get a better look at its impressive sound characteristics, such as haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and the new ‘create’ button. But we may be able to get Keighley’s impressions of the DualSense’s true feel and feel.
