WATCH Simon Cowell Terrified From The Scariest Dance Act Ever On ‘Britain’s Got Talent’


It’s not often that we see Simon Cowell so scared that his eyes seem to jump out of his head. The Coven, one of the scariest dance groups to ever hit the stage Britain’s Got Talent stage let us all have nightmares. Check out her spooky performances below from the season 14 auditions.

Simon Cowell was worried for the Coven about ‘Britain’s Got Talent’

The act began with the lights going out in the theater, which the judges were already scared of. The curtain opened to reveal a girl wearing ghous makeup with a lighted torch. Other members of The Coven came out of the back of the theater to hold torches and wear their ghostly white dresses. They each looked braver than the next, whispering a song as they walked onto the stage. When one of the girls looked close to the judge’s desk, Simon looked shocked and put his fingers in a transverse motion. Music began to play and the audience came out in cheers as a graph of flames in the background flashed behind them. And yet Simon was completely frightened of his mind with every movement of watching The Coven. Towards the end of the show, another girl came out with a torch, this time blowing fire out of her mouth.

It was completely unexpected just before another girl jumped off the stage and landed in front of the judge’s table. Scary is an understatement here. Even while the judges gave their criticisms, the girls kept their character.

‘Dancing on the show is one of the hardest categories to really stand out because we’ve all seen it before. We have not seen this before, ”said David Walliams. ‘Girls who put you on a show. The dedication of each one of you and the intensity I liked. It was powerful, it was strong and I want to see more, ”said Alesha Dixon. “The choreography was fantastic. I have goosebumps all over me, ”said Amanda Holden. “What I like a lot about you is that you stay in character,” Simon said. ‘You see an action like this, then you start talking normally, it breaks the mood. Stay as ghouls. Stay mysterious. ”

What’s next for the dance group?

The Coven received for yes and will have a chance to appear in the Britain’s Got Talent live shows. They are set to premiere this fall after being postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. After her dynamite performance, the brains behind this spooky dance act threw some details about her inspiration. Alicia and Michaela Brady came up with the horror film inspired routine that everyone absolutely watched in amazement. “A lot of the process is getting the kids to get into character and channel it in advance and they are great at doing that. If we asked them to just be themselves in a dance, they would hate it! ”The couple said in an interview.

‘It’s one of the things you’re working on for a number of years and it pays off. We believe in performance value and want the audience to be interested in the show, ”said Alicia. The kids certainly deserve all the credit for petrifying all of us with their dedication to the horrible characters they play during their Britain’s Got Talent audition.
