Brie Larson on Youtube
Brie Larson is a YouTuber now, it seems. The actress of Captain marvel Fame made its debut the other day at a mixed reception, posting a long intro video where he talks to other YouTube users about YouTube, and mostly snakes and tails all the time if he’s perfectly charming. However, I did see a viral moment on Twitter, and man, if it wasn’t identifiable: running out of the room to show someone your Switch, which I’ve definitely done even if I don’t move that fast:

It is a nice moment, although a little artificial. That’s the type of celebrity: I don’t doubt for a second about Larson’s genuine enthusiasm for the Nintendo Switch or Animal crossingAnd yet anything with these types of production values will always seem a little shiny. Also, you should be aware that even if Larson’s enthusiasm is completely genuine, it could encourage her. But just because something is a polished celebrity moment doesn’t mean it can’t have its charm, which is basically what much of YouTube is made up of. That’s kind of Nintendo magic, written in large, but especially Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It has allowed all kinds of people to become publicly excited about video games in a way you never really see, reaching as far as Danny Trejo and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, as well as hardcore players like Chrissy Teigen. What’s always fun: Video games have been mainstream for over a decade, but I feel like Switch and Animal crossing They’ve become new punctuation marks in that story, and it’s fun to see it expressed that way.
