Republican Sen. Kelly Lofler gave a bizarre performance during a discussion in Georgia on Sunday, repeating phrases regardless of what the question is being asked.
Loffler was appointed to the Senate in 2019 by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp following the retirement of Johnny Isaacson.
Loffler and his Democratic opponent, the Rev. Raphael Warnock is running for one of Georgia’s Senate seats in the Jan. 5 election.
Loffler found a narrator for his challenger – the “radical liberal Raphael Warner” – and he got so caught up that he was even mocked by a Fox News host.

“I think this can be put in the thank you category, Kelly Loffler, I think we got the message,” Steve Hilton said.
Hilton is one of President Donald Trump’s favorite Fox News hosts, despite complaints by Trump currently with the network.
Hilton was not the only one who chose Loffler by repeating himself.
As the debate continued, some journalists, comedians and political commentators mocked the loafer, and some compared it to a robot.

The message didn’t call for Loffler’s repetition, but chose to stay on the message and draw the policy in parallel with his personal story.
Moderators pushed Loffler on issues such as whether members of Congress should be allowed to trade in stocks and whether she thinks the president-elect will win if Biden wins the election.
Loffler dodged questions. He said Trump has every right of legal recourse to challenge the election results, even if there is no evidence of widespread fraud.

He also went back to the line about living the “American dream”, using it for the main purpose of the question on trading stocks. Loffler was the center of inquiry into the occupations carried out at the beginning of the epidemic; Varnok used it to describe Loffler as touching and self-serving.

Loffler’s performance was also compared to Florida’s San Marco Rubio in the 2016 Republican primary debate. Rubio kept going back to a line about President Barack Obama “knowing exactly what he’s doing”.
Unlike Warnock, one of Rubio’s opponents captured the repetition.
“It’s there,” Gov. of New Jersey at the time. Said Chris Christie. “That is, remember the 25-second speech.”
