Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada, according to which the powers of all acting judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are extinguished. The bill was presented after the decisions of the Constitutional Court on October 27.

So Zelensky asks Recognize the decision of the Constitutional Court of October 27 “null” and that it is accepted in the context of an actual conflict of interest.
We are talking about a decision by which the KSU recognized unconstitutional criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration, and also blocked the work of the NAPK and the electronic declaration system.
Zelenskiy’s bill states that The Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption” and the Criminal Code of Ukraine will function in the previous version., that is, the one that was in force before the decision of the CCU of October 27.
Zelensky also defends removal of all judges.
“The powers of composition of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, acting at the time of the adoption of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine dated October 27, 2020 No. 13-r / 2020 in case No. 1-24 / 2020 (393/20), will expire as of the date this law enters into force “- indicated in the text of the document presented to the Rada for its consideration.
Previously, the OSE summoned the president of the Constitutional Court for questioning.
We will recall, Zelensky on October 29 said that in the near future an urgent bill on the restoration of the integrity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
