Ukraine “rewarded” by making resounding decisions at meetings of the National Defense and Security Council. In the near future, citizens will again see decisive actions to avoid a division in the country.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his video message summarized the results of the meetings of the Security and National Defense Council of Ukraine. He admitted that the decisions were resounding.
“Today I will summarize the interim results, point out and explain in plain language: to our citizens, what is happening,” Zelensky said.
The head of state described the decisions taken at the meetings of the Security and National Defense Council as follows: “Ukraine is giving back.”
“Surrender to all those who beat you for many years, taking advantage of your weakness, lack of law, order and most importantly – justice … While you and I believed that there is justice … some of them appropriated state resources , mineral resources, strategic undertakings, oil pipelines, as well as, as it turned out, the Constitutional Court ”, emphasized the president.
He recalled one of his key promises: the restoration of justice in Ukraine.
Zelensky emphasized that, in the first place, attempts to divide Ukraine with the help of propaganda and disinformation were suppressed.
He also spoke about the State Strategy for the unemployment and reintegration of Crimea and Sevastopol, about Ukraine’s reaction to the sanctions of the United States of America against the former owners of PrivatBank.
“All of this is not a complete list of measures taken by the state recently. And it is far from the final list of measures that the state will take in the near future,” Zelensky summarized.
As a reminder, the SBU opened a case on the Kharkiv accords. The SBU ordered the NSDC to investigate the circumstances of the people’s deputies’ vote on the Kharkiv accords.
Also at the NSDC meeting, the state defense order was discussed. The Presidency heard a report on the status of investigations into cases of high treason, desertion, terrorist activities, and violation of the military oath.
