The president stressed that this can happen in the event of political collapse or lack of support in parliament.
“I think there are many unstable things in our state: because of COVID-19, and because of Donbass, and in the economy … Am I ready to dissolve the Rada? I want this parliament to work for the state, I tell you frankly. It will also depend on the implementation of our plans and the conclusions drawn by our deputies, ”Zelensky said.
According to him, if there is no support in the Verkhovna Rada, first of all, among the deputies of the Servant of the People faction, who became deputies thanks to the president and the support of the people, then “we will get out of this corner even in the way that you said, “Zelensky said. answering Milovanov’s question.
The former minister asked this question in connection with the crisis that has arisen due to the latest decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which recognized unconstitutional criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration.
October 29 Zelensky registered a bill in the Verkhovna Rada, who are invited to recognize the decision of the Constitutional Court as unlawful, deprive the entire composition of the court and appoint a new one, as well as ensure the continuity of anti-corruption legislation.
The president hopes that the Servant of the People faction will support his bill.
The pre-Verkhovna Rada elections took place in the summer of 2019. According to the official voting results, the parliament five games passed: “Servant of the People” won 43.16%, the Opposition Platform – Party for Life – 13.05%, Batkivshchyna – 8.18%, European Solidarity – 8.10%, the Golos Party – 5, 82%.
