Abromavicius left Ukroboronprom
Aivaras Abramovichus wrote a letter of resignation a long time ago. He will be temporarily replaced by Igor Fomenko.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a decree on Tuesday, October 6, on the removal of Aivaras Abramovichus from the post of head of Ukroboronprom and the appointment of Igor Fomenko in his place.
“Appoint Fomenko Igor Aleksandrovich Acting Director General of State Concern Ukroboronprom”, says the decree.
Earlier, Abromavichus deputy Mustafa Nayem reported that the head of Ukroboronprom wrote a resignation letter in August.
The media also wrote that Prime Minister Denis Shmygal introduced President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the appointment of Sergei Tikhonov as CEO of Ukroboronprom.
