President Vladimir Zelensky spoke about this in an interview with The New York Times, OP’s press service reports. The guarantor noted that neither the accords nor the “Normandy format” contain anything about Ukraine’s membership in NATO.

With regard to changes to the Constitution in the direction of decentralization, we say: this is in accordance with the Minsk agreements, we are ready for this. We will do this, whatever happens. We want people on the ground to have more authority, more options, to manage the money and not receive tasks from the central government. that are constantly descending ”, he explained.

The president stressed that the commitments in the negotiations are normal, because without them the war will not end.

“But there must be logic everywhere. There must be logic in all actions, in all commitments. Logic and result,” he summarized.
