Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that the latest decisions of the Constitutional Court are a direct and fast path to bloodshed in the country. This was stated in a speech to the people’s deputies of the “Servant of the People” before today’s meeting of the faction.

The record of this appeal is available to RBC-Ukraine.

According to him, a difficult but mandatory decision must be made.

“The strange behavior of the KSU judges in a matter of hours put the country on the brink of disaster – either the country will be dragged back into bloody chaos or the state as a system of transparent rules and agreements will cease to exist, or we will eventually become a really powerful political force and we will say our strong word. ” “There is no lie,” Zelensky said.

He also pointed out that the “Servant of the People” must show his unity.

“Obviously, based on today’s decisions, we will make a global decision. We will try to reset the entire system, since the time for talks is over … It is necessary to take a tough decision in the Constitutional Court. It is necessary, this is not even a request … So far I can say one thing: the latest decisions of the Constitutional Court the scandalous abolition of fundamental laws is a direct and fast path towards bloodshed. And if we do not stop the chaos created by the Constitutional Court for money, we will have a confrontation in the street ”, added Zelensky.

The authenticity of Zelensky’s appeal was confirmed to RBC-Ukraine by his press secretary Yulia Mendel.

“The president actually recorded an audio appeal to the faction on the situation with the Constitutional Court. After all, there is very little time to be able to discuss this situation in detail with each parliamentarian. In his speech, the president outlined his ideological vision of the situation and reminded the faction of the basic principles on which the Servant Party was built. “People,” he added.

We recall, tonight “Servant of the People” will hold a meeting of the faction, which will discuss Zelensky’s bill on the removal of judges from the Constitutional Court.

Last week, the KSU declared the criminal penalty for misrepresentation unconstitutional, after which the president introduced a law on the removal of judges. At the same time, the head of the KSU, Alexander Tupitsky, believes that this bill has indications of a constitutional coup.

It also emerged that Verkhovna Rada plans to restore electronic filing with a new law.
