It will soon be clear when a meeting of the Normandy format leaders will take place, the president said.
The situation with the Normandy Four summit should be clarified in the near future. This was announced on Thursday, March 18, by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in a briefing with the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nauseda.
“I believe that in the near future there should be an understanding as to when the meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four will take place. But in parallel, I am willing to meet separately with all the leaders of the Normandy Four and with the leaders from other countries that support the independence of Ukraine, so that the war in the east ends, ”Zelensky said.
Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group, Leonid Kravchuk, said that the meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four could take place in April.
The Kremlin says they have not received offers of meetings.
