Zelensky counts on the Venice Commission on the KSU issue
The president asks the commission’s experts to help find a legal solution to the situation with the Constitutional Court.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to the Venice Commission for its expertise in clarifying issues related to Constitutional Court decisions on anti-corruption legislation. According to the press service of the Office of the President, on Friday November 20 Zelensky discussed this issue with the president of VK Gianni Buquicchio.
It is observed that Buquicchio agreed that the solution to the constitutional crisis requires rapid action and must be based on the rule of law.
