Zelensky made a series of appointments to the SBU

Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees on dismissals and appointments in the Security Service of Ukraine of Crimea, Volyn region, as well as in various departments of the department.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy carried out a series of personnel changes at the SBU. The corresponding decrees were published on Wednesday, October 21.

Zelensky removed Yevgeny Netuzhilov, head of Ukraine’s Security Service in Crimea, and appointed Oleg Kulinich in his place.

The president also appointed Aleksey Omelchenko Head of the Department of Technical and Operational Measures of the SBU.

At the same time, Zelensky appointed Oleksandr Provotorov head of the Department of Economic Support of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Eventually, the president removed Pavel Danyukov from the post of head of the SBU department in the Volyn region.

We will recall that Zelensky previously appointed Ukraine’s ambassador to Finland. The position was taken by Olga Dibrova. The decree on his appointment to the post was posted on the president’s website.

It was also reported that Zelensky introduced the new head of the Chernihiv region. Anna Kovalenko will be the only woman in Ukraine to lead the region, the president said.
