Xiaomi’s Poco sub-brand today celebrated the world premiere of a new budget smartphone: Poco M3. The novelty stands out mainly with a 48 megapixel camera and a 6000 mAh battery with support for reverse charging of third-party devices.
The Poco M3 stands out for its design: the design of the main camera unit clearly copies the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk 2077. The housing is made of plastic. But the back panel stands out for its texture that resembles leather. There are three color options to choose from: black, yellow, and blue.
The hardware base of the Poco M3 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, complemented by 4 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal flash memory. The smartphone is equipped with an LCD screen with a teardrop-shaped opening for the front camera; uses a 6.53-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD + panel. In addition to the main 48 megapixel wide-angle photographic module, the main camera also has a 2 megapixel macro module and a depth sensor of the same resolution. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels.
The battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh is allocated with support for bi-directional charging of 18 watts (you can also charge third-party devices via USB cable up to 18 watts). The rest can be distinguished by a triple tray for microSD and SIM cards, a fingerprint scanner located on the side, a 3.5mm audio jack and an infrared port.
