“Quarantines have contributed to a decrease in illegal employment abroad. A biometric passport is not enough; without an invitation to work from an employer and a confirmed reservation location, they stopped allowing work abroad. The international rating agency Moody’s predicts that the population of the four Eastern European countries of the EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) will decrease by 4% until 2040.
