So, according to WHO estimates, 468,409 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded worldwide on Saturday.

This is the highest rate since the start of the pandemic. On Sunday, the number of new infections in the world began to decline.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 42 million cases of infection have been registered in the world, more than 1.1 million have died from the consequences of the infection.

Recall that on October 25 in Ukraine, the diagnosis of COVID-19 was confirmed in 5426 people, 73 patients died, 1029 patients recovered, 736 people were hospitalized.

Previously, the WHO made a disappointing forecast for a pandemic. The next few months of the COVID-19 pandemic are reported to be extremely difficult.
