The head of the Kiev District Administrative Court, Pavel Vovk, spoke negatively about Volodymyr Zelenskyy when he was still a presidential candidate, according to an investigation by Slidstvo.Info.
The journalists released audio recordings in which the judges of the Kiev District Administrative Court are allegedly discussing Zelensky’s interview before the elections.
“He’s not at all. I’ve seen his interviews several times already. Clean, bitch, silly … Well, from a joking point of view, it’s probably easy for him. But from a reasoning point of view: Who is this sitting at the table and who are from me? What is the economy? I don’t have to do it, “says the supposed judge Vovk.
Journalists further note that after it became clear that Zelensky was winning the presidential election, Vovk began supporting him.
In particular, the OASK judges found a case to ban the Matchmakers series, which later outraged Zelensky so much. A year earlier, the 95th quarter tried to challenge through the OASK the ban associated with the scandalous Russian actor Fyodor Dobronravov.
And on March 26, the judges allowed actor Dobronravov to broadcast Matchmakers in Ukraine and free entry to the country.
Earlier, journalists from Slidstvo.Info found out that Pavel Vovk in 2019 was able to communicate with Andrei Bogdan, who at that time was in Zelensky’s inner circle.
It was also reported that Pavel Vovk likely asked Interior Minister Arsen Avakov to help him keep his post.
On November 3, the National Anti-Corruption Office of Ukraine put Pavel Vovk on the wanted list for the second time in the framework of a criminal proceeding on the creation of a criminal organization with the aim of seizing power.
According to the investigation, Pavel Volk and the judges under his control made personalized decisions in their own interests and in the interest of political elites and business circles. The NABU said the head of the OASK spearheaded «criminal organization “, which consisted of at least 12 people, whose purpose was to «seizure of state power by establishing control over the Commission for High Qualification of Judges of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and creating artificial obstacles in their work.
