The head of the Kiev State Consumer Service, Oleg Ruban, said in which case the capital will enter the “red zone”. According to him, there is a very tense situation in the city with the provision of beds.
Ruban recounted this in a comment to RBK-Ukraine.
“Occupancy ranges from 70% to 75%. If this indicator lasts more than 5 days, then Kiev can fully enter the” red “zone. But today it is still under control and the bed bottom is provided,” he assured the head of the Kiev State Consumer Service.
Ruban noted that the situation in Kiev is developing predictably.
“The trend is developing in a predictable way, and it was around 7 thousand during this period that I told you in August,” he added.
We will remember, previously Ruban said that Ukrainians must learn to live in a coronavirus epidemic in the next year and a half or two. The causative agent of the virus will remain forever.
As RBC-Ukraine wrote, in Ukraine, hospital beds for coronavirus patients are less than 50% full in just two regions. In total, 63.2% of the beds for the treatment of COVID-19 are occupied in the country.
