In November 2020, the average air temperature in Ukraine will be predominantly above the climatic norm.
As indicated in the forecast of the Ukrhydrometeorological Center for the next month, the average monthly temperature is assumed to be 1-8 degrees Celsius (0-3 degrees Celsius in the mountains), which in the western regions is close to the average values long-term, in the rest of the territory – 1-1.5 degrees higher long-term average values.
The monthly amount of precipitation in the eastern and Sumy regions is expected to be slightly less than the norm – 28-32 mm, in the rest of the territory within long-term average values - 37-65 mm, in the mountains up to 110 mm.
The average monthly temperature in November is 0 to 7 degrees Celsius. The absolute maximum is 16 to 24 degrees Celsius, in Chernivtsi, the central and southern regions, and in the Crimea, in some places – 25 to 29 degrees.
The absolute minimum is 15-24 degrees of frost, in the northern, eastern, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions, in some places – 25-31 degrees, in southern Crimea and the Odessa region – 8-13 degrees of frost.
Average monthly rainfall is 30-61 mm, in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia up to 62-142 mm.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, popular forecaster Leonid Gorban predicts that the weather in Ukraine in November will be cool and rainy in various regions, and snow may fall in some regions.
