The whole country is in the “red” and “orange” zones

So far, only one limitation is known with certainty: already from 00:00 hours on Monday, November 9 a new epidemic zoning will take effect. There are no more “yellow” and “green” zones – the whole country is in the “red” and “orange” zones.

However, it is already known that in the near future people without masks in shops, public buildings, structures, transportation during the quarantine period. will be fined for the quantity from 170 to 255 UAH… On Friday, the Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis and in its entirety Bill No. 3891 on the mandatory use of masks or respirators in public places.

How to understand how much a fine can be annulled?

Many probably saw a video of a conductor and a tram conductor fighting with a woman who tries to break into the room without a mask. So this will be more expensive.

The chairman of the Committee on Law Enforcement Affairs of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, explained that the amount of the fine depends on how the person reacts to the comment, Unian reports.

“Consequently, how much a person reacts. For example, if the situation we saw today … There is a person, it’s just that people themselves are pushing, and she says:” In principle, I will not put on a mask, it will not so “then, of course, I think the fine should be maximum in this case,” he explained.

So according to him, the main idea of this law is not to punish, but to make people wear masks.
