Such a forecast was given by the deputy director of the weather forecast department of the Ukrhydrometeorological center Natalya Golenya, reports “RBK-Ukraine”. The meteorologist pointed out that the thaw will come thanks to a wave of warm air from the Mediterranean Sea.
