He clarified that a weapon that fires a single shot is allowed by law.

They legally have the status of a hunting or sporting weapon. So, if you really you want to have a gun, you must. According to the Interior Ministry, about a million weapons are legally in Ukraine today.
“In our country, only short cannons are prohibited, except for the premium or for those who carry it by occupation, and automatic. Whoever wants to can buy weapons and defend their home,” Gerashchenko added.
