Ukraine calls on Russia to cease fire in the Donbass

The Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN declared a violation of the Minsk agreements by illegal Russian armed groups in the Donbass and called for a ceasefire. RBC-Ukraine reports this with a link to the representative office page on Facebook.

So, in the Ukrainian mission he noticed that on May 10 alone, the occupying forces wounded 4 Ukrainian troops.

“On May 10 alone in the Donbass there were 15 violations of the ceasefire, which injured four Ukrainian soldiers. At the same time, weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements were used,” the statement said.

In addition, the Ukrainian mission called on the Russian Federation to cease fire in the Donbass.

“We urge the Russian Federation to fulfill the call of the UN Secretary-General for a global ceasefire and to silence weapons in eastern Ukraine,” the mission said.
