We are talking about former prosecutors Alexander Vatutin, Vadim Priymachka, Nikolai Tridub, Igor Kovale and Igor Protsyuk.
Attorney General Irina Venediktova sees no problem in the fact that five out of ten of her full-time advisers are former prosecutors who did not approve the certification. She said this in an interview with Hromadske.
According to Venediktova, they are qualified enough to be advisers.
“The advisers, on the other hand, do not return to the prosecutor’s office. This is such a well-known commission (they should not work in the prosecutor’s office, – ed.), But I think they are qualified enough for me and as advisers I listen your opinion, “he said.
The Attorney General pointed out that the advisor and the prosecutor are two different things, because the latter has a procedural status.
“I will not give anyone an evaluation, I will choose advisors for myself and I think that the information I need to know about these people is because they have extensive experience. I don’t see any problems here,” he said.
Please note that we are talking about former prosecutors Alexander Vatutin, Vadim Priymachka, Nikolai Tridub, Igor Koval and Igor Protsyuk.
Recall that Ukraine’s Attorney General Irina Venediktova was previously told about the abuse of Prosecutor Ruslan Karpalyuk, whom she recently appointed to the position of adviser.
RBC-Ukraine also wrote that Attorney General Irina Venediktova appointed two new deputies and redistributed responsibilities among all of them.
