The Dynamo are three points ahead of Shakhtar (29 versus 26). Those from Kiev, playing in the minority, defeated Mariupol (2: 1), and the Pitmen scored 5 goals against Minai (5: 1).
Third place is held by Chernihiv “Desna” (20 points), who by one point beat Poltava “Vorskla” due to a victory in a personal match. Zorya Luhansk, a bronze medalist from the previous championship, moved up to fifth place.
