Konstantin Dubonos received a bribe from the former people’s deputy Maksim Mikitas in the form of a parking space for 250 thousand hryvnias. And in return, he reduced the amount of losses from the corruption scheme from 81 million UAH to 7 million UAH.

The Supreme Anticorruption Court has arrested the deputy director of the State Center for Forensic Scientific Investigations of the Ministry of the Interior, who appears in the case of taking possession of the property of the National Guard, with the alternative of paying bail. This was reported by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) on Wednesday, December 2.

According to the Anti-Corruption Center (CPC), we are talking about Konstantin Dubonos. The court chose it as a preventive measure in the form of arrest with the alternative of posting a bond of 1 million hryvnia.

The preventive measure is valid until January 30, 2021.

According to investigators, Dubonos received a bribe from former People’s Deputy Maxim Mikitas in the form of a parking space for 250 thousand hryvnias. In return, he reduced the amount of losses arising from the corruption scheme from 81 million UAH to 7 million UAH.

The CPC also claims that at the meeting, the prosecutor said that there was a correspondence between the official representative of the Ukrbud company and the current OP Vice President Oleg Tatarov, in which Tatarov sent a scan of a person’s passport for whom it was necessary register a parking space with a 100% discount.

Mikitas is noted to have confirmed the transfer of a bribe to Dubonos during interrogation.

As you know, it is suspected that former People’s MP Maxim Mikitas took possession of the National Guard real estate for an amount of UAH 81 million. Is stopped. In September, it was announced on suspicion of bribery from the manager of the state-owned company NNEK Energoatom.

And on the eve it was reported that Mikitasyu was announced a third suspicion: in the provision of illegal benefits to ensure the issuance of an inaccurate written opinion of a forensic expert (part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
