As a result, in addition to the unified contribution to social security from wages, most of which goes to the Pension Fund, each Ukrainian pays about 5.4 thousand UAH with their own taxes to make up the “hole”.

So, if the costs of these areas are divided by the total number of Ukrainians according to the electronic census (37.29 million), it turns out that each citizen, including newborns, pays about 4.1 thousand UAH for medicines per year with their taxes, 4, 6 thousand UAH for education and only 201.5 UAH per year for culture.

How much does each Ukrainian pay his taxes?
