The Ukrainian authorities decided not to step up quarantine measures for the Catholic Christmas. Therefore, the holiday weekend December 25-27 will be held under current restrictions.
Now, from December 19, 2020 to January 7, 2021, the country has banned the “orange zone.”
In particular, permitted work for all cultural institutions, religious institutions, cultural buildings and cinemas, subject to the following restrictions:

the realization of massive cultural events with up to 20 people with a distance of at least 1.5 m;

religious events in places of worship 1 person per 5 m2 m, outdoors – distance 1.5 m;
-
reception of visitors by cinemas and all cultural institutions with 50% occupancy of the rooms (placement must be done with free space to the side, front and back)

Visitors can be greeted by museums, exhibitions, galleries, etc., with limited room accommodation at the rate of 1 person per 10 m2. m of area;

You can work in hotels, spas, among other institutions that provide temporary lodging services.

Swimming pools, gyms, fitness centers can operate with a visitor restriction no more than 1 person per 20 square meters.
Likewise, urban public transport continues to operate with a restriction on the number of passengers on seats and inter-urban and interregional communication routes (road, rail, air transport).
At the same time, during this period prohibited:

celebration of discotheques, work of nightclubs and catering establishments with organization of leisure;

in catering establishments place more than 4 adults at the table and when the distance between the tables is less than 2 m;

holding festive events, banquets, master classes, public events in entertainment and catering establishments;
-
holding massive events in educational institutions (performances, holidays, concerts) with the participation of children from more than one group / class and in the presence of visitors;

The catering establishments operate from 23:00 to 07:00 (except home delivery and take away). Settlement transactions end after 22:00. On the night of December 31 to January 1, 2021, the work of restaurants and cafes will be allowed.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, a strict lockdown will be introduced in Ukraine from January 8 to 24, 2021. The government called it a “winter vacation for the safety” of citizens.
