Activists at the administrative border of the Kherson region launched a Ukrainian flag with messages for Crimeans in the direction of Russian-occupied Crimea, according to Krym.Realii.
The action is dedicated to the Day of Resistance to the Russian occupation of the peninsula.
The flag was launched to Crimea in balloons from Kalanchak. Before that, he was placed in the Crimean house in Kiev for several days. All the assistants, children and adults, the military came and wrote wishes and appeals to the Crimeans who continue to live on the territory of the peninsula.
On Tuesday, February 23, the flag was brought to the Verkhovna Rada building so that the people’s deputies could write messages on it.
The flag itself, which measures 20 by 6 meters, was sewn by a displaced person and a Kramatorsk volunteer Oksana Muravleva.
Let us remind you that in Kharkov, next to the building of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation, a banner with the image of Crimea and the inscription “Stolen goods” was placed.
