Ukraine's Foreign Minister warned Lukashenko

Ukraine will not allow the Belarusian leadership to use its openness to provoke provocations, Kuleba said.

During the crisis in Belarus, the official Kiev will provide maximum support to its citizens.

Official Kiev will adhere to the position of the European Union in evaluating the events taking place in Belarus. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, during his visit to Spain, the RBC-Ukraine news agency reported.

According to him, during the crisis in Belarus, the Kiev officer will provide maximum support to his citizens: Belarusians can freely enter Ukraine for humanitarian reasons.

“However, we will not allow the leaders of Belarus to use our frankness for their provocations,” Kuleba stressed. He also expressed the opinion that any comparison of the situation in Belarus with Ukraine is incorrect.

Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron said that the European Union is interested in a transition period in Belarus, negotiations between the authorities and the opposition and new elections. According to Macron, the European Union would not want the Ukrainian scenario to be repeated in Belarus.
