Ukraine’s ambassador to Belarus, Igor Kizima, had a dispute with the Belarusian border guards.
Video of the incident was released by the Belarusian State Border Committee.
Camera footage of the border guard’s chest shows the ambassador being asked to open the trunk at the border. It says that this cannot be done under the Vienna Convention.

Relations between Ukraine and Belarus after the August 9 elections

Protests in Belarus: what is happening in the country
