Population census of all Ukraine postponed
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the population census of Ukraine will be carried out in 2023. It was supposed to take place in 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic and taking into account “the possibility of financial support in the corresponding budget period”, said Cabinet Minister Oleg Nemchinov.
600 million dollars for the fight against the coronavirus and 340 € for the restoration of infrastructures in eastern Ukraine
The European Commission, on behalf of the European Union, allocated 600 million euros to Ukraine under the macro-financial assistance program to combat coronavirus infection. Ukraine became the seventh country to receive such a payment.

Ukraine also signed an agreement with the European Investment Bank to receive 640 million euros for the implementation of priority projects in the field of infrastructure and transport.
The majority of these funds, 340 million euros, will be used to restore infrastructure and improve living and business conditions in regions affected by the military conflict in eastern Ukraine.
