According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the population census of Ukraine will be carried out in 2023. Ukraine also signed an agreement with the European Investment Bank to receive 640 million euros for the implementation of priority projects in the field of infrastructure and transport.

The majority of these funds, 340 million euros, will be used to restore infrastructure and improve living and business conditions in regions affected by the military conflict in eastern Ukraine.
