The introduction of dual citizenship will make it possible to use the opportunities of Ukrainians living in other countries for the development of Ukraine, said Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

“Ukraine needs dual citizenship to keep in touch with the millions of Ukrainians who left and started a new life in other countries. If we can no longer keep them geographically in Ukraine, then keep them mentally and legally in our Ukrainian space. Of course this It is not like that. There cannot be dual citizenship with the aggressor state. This is a taboo. This is a closed issue. And this must be clearly expressed in the law, “Kuleba emphasized.
