The answer is obvious to me: no,” says Stanislav Aseev.
According to him, “first, these categories exist regardless of our desire, namely: prisoners of war; members of sabotage groups; civilians from the network of agents of our special services; ordinary civilians; criminals and fighters who also have a Ukrainian passport and they don’t mind using exchange to get out of prison in their own “republic.” The idea that the latter have the same exchange “rights” as the former is political and has no right to exist during the war. criminals and fighters can impose on us and the party is giving away someone who has really done a lot for the state. “
“In this case, society should be made aware of this through communication with the Office of the President, and law enforcement agencies should respond to the release of such ‘patriots’ as was the case with Brazhnikov.
