At the same time, informed sources in the Cabinet of Ministers told RBC-Ukraine yesterday that the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education are still developing relevant plans and protocols (for reference: September 1 – next Tuesday).
And it’s not just that the centre’s decisions and protocols are perceived locally, at best, as not always adequate advice from outsiders. The protocols and recommendations themselves, both central and local, resemble child’s play: make several sentences to contain the words “mask”, “temperature”, “gloves” and “self-isolation”, placed in random order.
