Today, September 6, at the Portuguese Nazar, the Ukrainian beach soccer team in the last round Euroleague Superfinal 2020 defeated the French team with a score of 7: 2.
Thus, the Ukrainian team ranked third and won bronze medals. The national teams of Portugal and Switzerland will play gold in the evening duel.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, only 5 teams participated in the Euroleague. As a reminder, in the opening game of the tournament, Nikolai Kostenko’s pupils beat the German team on penalties (3: 3, pens – 4: 3). Then, on September 4, the Ukrainians lost to Switzerland in the second match (2: 4). On September 5, the Ukrainian team lost with the same score to Portugal (2: 4).
